Appointuit Engage allows you to email and SMS your patient database whatever content you would like. Once you have sent a campaign you can check Engage reports and see who received, viewed and clicked on your content as well as who was not able to receive it.
You can access your reports immediately via your summary/send confirmation page by clicking recipients on the left of the page.
From here you can see a list of recipients, view their opened date, next appointment, clicked and read status. You can also filter via:
Sent and opened
Sent and not opened
Failed/bounced and
Patients with no future appointment.
You also have options to export views via CSV.
To access your reports on a campaign previously sent access your previous campaigns via Settings > Appointuit Engage.
Click report to the right of the corresponding campaign and you will be taken to your send summary view.
Access more detailed information via the Recipients tab on the left (follow the instructions above).
