Pracsoft sessions in 'Other Location' not showing


By default Appointuit will only make available appointment times that are not marked as 'Other Location'.

Practices sometimes use 'Other Location' to indicate sessions where a practitioner is off site, or simply to display that session in a different colour.

To allow these 'Other Location' appointments to be available online you'll need to perform the following:

  1. Connect to the Desktop/Server that has the Appointuit Connector installed
  2. Open the Appointuit Connector Controller and click Stop Service
  3. Click on Menu > Settings
  4. Tick the checkbox Display appointment times for 'Other Location'
  5. Click Ok
  6. Click Start Service

These 'Other Location' appointment times will now display.
