How do I find a list of incorrect or invalid email addresses?

INVALID EMAILS

To list the invalid emails at your practice, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the Appointuit Dashboard
  2. Click on Settings
  3. Click on Patient Admin
  4. Click on the "Show Invalid Emails" button.
  5. To change the email address:
  • Hover the mouse over the patient profile
  • Click on the dent wheel now showing on the right side.
  • Click on "Set or change Email"
  • Type the correct email address, this will correct it, both on Apppointuit and your practice management software.

 

DETAILED STEPS:

1. Log into the Appointuit Dashboard:

3. Click on Patient Admin

 

4. Click on the "Show Invalid Emails" button.

 

5. To change the email address, just hover the mouse close to the patient's date of birth and on your right you will see a dent wheel. Please click on it and select "Set or change Email" and type the correct email address, this will correct it, both on Apppointuit and your practice management software.
