I can't see all of the doctors / practitioners at my practice when I book online

If you can't see all of the doctors / practitioners at your practice, there could be a number of reasons for this:

NEW PATIENTS (never been to the practice before)

1: If you are a new patient, not all doctors accept new patients (i.e. they may have closed their books). These doctors will not be visible for new patients to book with. if you particularly want to see a specific doctor- and they are not showing for you, you may need to call the practice to discuss as they may make some exceptions.

EXISTING PATIENTS (have been to the practice as a patient for appointments before)

2: The doctor may not wish to have any online bookings available.

3:The doctor may be on extended leave and the practice may have made them inactive

You can select another doctor or call the practice.
