If you have forgotten your password and are attempting to reset it but are met with the message below saying "We could not find your email address", this is in most cases due to a typo in your email or a typo on your patient file at your practice. The medical practice and the online appointment system have to match the details exactly to ensure it is the correct person.
To fix this you will need to contact your medical practice and get them to check your patient file to ensure the spelling of your first name, last name, email and DOB are correct.
Once this has been confirmed, please reset your password again. If you are still unable to successfully reset your password, please contact Appointuit Support.
